Day 314: Vantage point

This is the same pic again (obv) but with his friend in too.
Again, I don't know which works best. This one, I like for the triangulation, and the sense of something being observed on the other side of the wall on which they are standing. But I love the floating aspect to the other two.
What do you think?

  1. I think the first one is the best where you can see the wall he's standing on, but maybe clone out the lamp post. The one of him floating looks a bit odd without there being anything else in the photo to give it perspective.

  2. I think the one with his pal has the strongest composition. have you cropped out any of the wall? It would be good to see a bit more of the wall, get all of their feet in the shot?

  3. I have a preference for this one, but the most important thing for a photographer is his editing. Only you can decide and make the diference, you write your life, only you can choose what you want to tell...
This is my point of view...

  4. Thanks for all your comments, it's really nice to hear what others think, what preferences you have, just to get feedback. Sometimes the world of online blogging can be lonely and I need the voice of others! You are so right, Valery, in the end I will make a decision between these two pictures based on the story I want to tell - but in the meantime, thanks all for sharing your thoughts.
